have an option to disable the warning that I have placed a number in a wrong cell. Making mistakes is part of the game, and it's a bit disappointing to see this ruled out. My apologies if such an option exists, but I wasn't able to find it in the opt

Start the timer AFTER the first move.

I noticed that the timer starts just as soon as you open the game and that just doesn't seem fair at all. I'd like it much better if the timer didn't start until after you made your first move.

to have pencil marks auto-erase when a number is placed in a cell.

It would be nice to have options to have the pencil marks erase only in the cell where the number is placed, or also have that pencil mark number erased in all cells in the same row, column, and 3x3 square as the number that is placed.
